With the expansion, the Healthy Lifestyles Center is now a studio up! The Spirit, Mind and Body Studio is to house all of our Peak Pilates Programs with the Reformers and Chairs.

 

NEW! MVe Reformer

MVe is Maximum Versatility Exercise. MVe workouts take Pilates to a new level by adding tantalizing, heartpumping, music-driven, Pilates-evolved cardio, toning and conditioning programming to your class schedule. The MVe Fitness Reformer provides motivating, challenging and fun group workouts that can accommodate all fitness levels, ages and genders. Experience an unforgettable fusion workout that gives you the best of both worlds by combining
traditional fitness exercises with Pilates.

NEW! MVe Chair

The MVe goes where you thought Pilates didn’t. With MVe four levels of resistance intensity built right into the Fitness Chair, it opens up a new way to move that motivates, challenges, and accommodates all fitness levels, ages and genders. Workouts range from introductory classes to more challenging ones that combine weights with traditional Pilates exercise for an unforgettable fusion workout.

Your coach will meet with you to determine your health and fitness goals. Based on those goals you will be set up on a program that will help you succeed. This program will include cardiovascular and strength training. To sign up for the Commit to be Fit program, simply stop by the member relations desk and schedule your appointment. You will be on your way to a healthier you!

 

 

Sports/Adventure :

Massage therapy adds yet another healthy lifestyle element to your routine. Reap the benefits of:

**All massage prices are based on 60 minute sessions except for the 90 minute option.


Book your massage with our new on-site, experienced licensed massage therapist. Massage therapy is provided by Everwell Massage Therapy. Appointments are open to both members and non-members of the YMCA.
